The event support services we can provide are extensive and varied. We will happily discuss options with you based on your vision for your event, the number of guests expected, and your fundraising goals.

Check-In

Our system is user-friendly and we can train your volunteers to run check-in on their own. We can provide a Benefit Bidding team member as oversight but leave the rest to you.

Better yet, the Benefit Bidding team can handle registration so you can enjoy mingling with your guests. We wear classic red vests to be identifiable yet professionally uniform in appearance. We can provide our own computers, printers, and smiling faces to greet your guests as they enter. Since we are familiar with our system, we can get people in the door and to their seats, golf cart, or celebration.

Auction Support

Benefit Bidding offers several methods to access your auction on our site. When guests check-in the system sends a link to their smartphones with a link to enter the mobile bidding site. Alternatively, guests can enter through a secure domain such as wecan.bid or they can use their smartphone/tablet’s web browser to visit www.benefitbidding.com and bid through the auction webpage. Whichever way they choose, you are the winner because they can bid fast and easy.

If your guests aren’t computer savvy, no need to worry. We can provide bid assistants with iPads/tablets to circulate among the guests or stay near the silent auction items to place bids as needed.

The Benefit Bidding team can clerk donations, purchased participation in fundraising games, and live auction items into the system so the guests have one invoice to pay at the end of the event.

Technology Support

Benefit Bidding provides a mobile charging station at its events to keep guest smartphones charged and ready to bid.

Our Benefit Bidding staff are well acquainted with our software and can troubleshoot or answer your questions as needed during your event.

Check-Out

As with the check-in procedure, your staff can be trained on the check-out process and we can provide a team member to supervise on-site.

However, why cut your committee’s fun short but putting members to work? Once the event concludes, avoid long lines by having the Benefit Bidding team handle check out.

At the end of the auction, our system automatically generates invoices identifying the items won and other purchases, so the check-out process is a breeze! We can even offer guests the option to pay via their smartphone/tablet if that feature is supported by the merchant account selected by the organization. Either way, guests receive their paid invoice and claim their winnings quickly!
